What Types of projects do we do?
Anything from a custom home to a bathroom remodel.  Our philosophy is to treat each project with the same level of care and attention to detail.  As a custom builder, every project is as unique as the homeowner.  We have an extensive portfolio of projects ranging in size and scope.

What is Design-Build?
Design-Build is a project delivery method where the designer and contractor are teamed together from the start of the project.  This dynamic approach to building allows for both parties to work collaboratively as a team. It can either be you working with us as the designer and contractor, or our team of designers collaborating early in the process with your architect/designer.  This allows everyone to offer their expertise to develop a project that achieves the design intentions while adhering to your budget and schedule requirements.

What if I prefer to work with an architect/designer separately and get a bid for the project?
We commonly work in this traditional design-bid-build arrangement where the homeowner hires an architect or interior designer to design their project and develop a complete set of construction documents for bidding.  In this case we will provide you with a detailed bid for your project based on the provided design, outlining all construction costs and specifications.
