We extend the spirit of generosity to each of our employees.  Anyone working for Terra Nova, part-time and full-time, receives budget to donate to a charity of their choice.  This allows us the opportunity as a family to extend our reach beyond who we support as a company.  We also get the privilege of supporting causes that are close to our employee's hearts!
