JOB DETAILS: To support the Terra Nova design team by managing customer selections and maintaining a material/product library.  To provide high-level communication and serve customers with care, respect, and humility. 

JOB TYPE: Hourly, Full-Time / Flex Options

PAY: Varies based upon skills and experience

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage all customer selections
• Attend vendor appointments with clients
• Organize and maintain a small material/product library
• Build relationships with vendors
• Build partnerships with Interior Design firms
• Create space plans, layouts, interior elevations, and mood baords
• Place product orders and determine lead times
• Create project specification books
• Assist Terra Nova production crews

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Degree in a Design Related field is preferred
• 3-years minimum experience working in Residential Design and/or Construction
• AutoCAD capabilities - provide samples of work
• Great personal skills
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Eager to continually learn and grow
