Ashley Schmitz, being the daughter of Mike White, has always been a part of the family business.  She ‘officially’ joined the Terra Nova team in 2016 as our Design Coordinator.  Ashley brings to the table a degree in Housing and Interior Design from Missouri State University as well as several years of experience in both the tile and furniture industries.  Her love of design and organization skills allow her to play a key role in the selection process for our customers.  Whether she is personally assisting our clients with their selection decisions, or working alongside our client’s interior designer to keep track of progress, she helps to ensure the final product is everything they have dreamed! 

Tending to her growing family is a big part of Ashley’s life when she’s not working alongside her father or husband.  Daily she can be found being creative and playing with her two energetic kids, Jaden and Elsie.  Although life keeps her busy, in her free time Ashley enjoys painting, music, travel and even exploring her hometown of St. Louis!
